What format of picture should I send to you?
Send us your digital pictures using flashdrive or CD which will be returned to you. If you want the pictures to be arranged in order, rename the file in sequence order. Example; picture1 , picture2 and picture3. We also scan your printed pictures at additional cost. Just send us your printed pictures and we will do the rest.

What’s a slideshow?
It's a video of your photos with various transition effects with music in background which can be enjoyed on your television or computer.

How does it work?
You send us your pictures. We do our magical work to turn them into a slideshow DVD. We send the DVD to you. You enjoy the slideshow with your friends and family for years to come.

How should I send the pictures to you?
After you place an order, we will contact you with information on sending your pictures to us. We recommend using USPS registered mail/package, Fedex or UPS. When shipping your pictures to us, this is at your own expense.

How will my DVD be shipped?
We either use Fedex, UPS or USPS. All packages are registered with tracking numbers.

What method of payment do you accept?
The payment will be processed when we ship the DVD.We accept PayPal, credit card, debit card and gift card with the following logos: American Express, Discover, MasterCard, Visa, Visa Electron. All credit card and debit card transactions are processed through Google checkout. We do not store any of your information. The transaction on your statement is shown from White Jasper.

How can I order?
You may place an order online or email us then we send you necessary information.

How long does it take to receive my order?
It depends on the quantity of the pictures for your slideshow. For less than 200 digital pictures, it takes 1 week to finish the DVD. For less than 400 digital pictures, it takes 2 weeks to finish the DVD. (not including the shipping time to and from us)
Expedited order is available for additional fee.

Can I add music?
Yes, music is included at no extra cost. Please include your choice of music or we add the music for you.

What’s included in my order?
One copy of DVD is included. For each additional copy of DVD is $10.

How long will each photo show on the slideshow?
You specify how long your photos show. We recommend either 5, 7, or 10 seconds per photo.

Will my DVD slideshow have menu?
Yes, menu is included at no extra cost.

Yes, the DVD slideshow work with computer and most DVD players.

How much video will a DVD slideshow hold?
We recommend less than 2 hours of video slideshow per DVD.

How should I pick the package to order?
Pick the package by the quantity of your pictures. All packages come in the same features. If you have more than 200 pictures, it's $1.25 for each picture.
